Spring Break didn’t look too promising for me this year. I came down with the flu but still managed to keep all the doctor and dentist appointments we set up for the kiddies.
By Friday, I felt well enough for a trip to Coshocton Ohio, where we visited with my husband. Dan has been working there and renting an apartment since Febuary.
Saturday, we met with my sister Darlene at the Walnut Creek Farm to see the many animals including, buffalo, llamas, giraffes, deer, elk, monkeys, baby ducks, a parrot and goats. We had a great time but better had I remembered to bring my camera. We had my husband’s Kodak and didn’t notice the SD card wasn’t inside the slot so we bought disposible cameras that I haven’t developed yet.
Sunday, my husband was off and we took trip to his friend Jimmy Conway’s farm. He had baby sheep there and they were all gated near the barn so we had easy access to them. They are the sweetest things and I would have liked to bring two home if I had shelter set up for them. I don’t know how they would have liked riding home in the back seat though.

The flu is the pits. I’m glad you recovered well enough to take your trip. I can picture trying to drive home with a couple of baby sheep in the car

I can just picture those lambs bleating in the back seat as well. That mental picture made my day!

Ah Ha! I discovered the form at the bottom of the comments section
Hi Anita and Bean,
I have wanted sheep for so long but I know me and that would mean bringing them in the house during a thunderstorm or cold weather.
I may be joining the mysql class after summer break. Hopefully I’ll have the book finished by then.
I’m glad you found it, Terry. (:
